Osprey, Ares, and TNW come to mind.  I would choose them in that order as well, but I have none, so what do I know?

Osprey has the FZ option as well.

I have the first two (osprey and Ares). You need to pick one to fit your handgurard assuming you don't use their hand guard.

Ares Defense or Osprey.
Ares - 213 dollars included shipping.
Osprey -303 dollars included shipping.
Both kits are great. I have both systems for my ARs.

Good Luck

What upper are you using? I noticed the difference in recoil between different brands of barrels due to Gas hole sizes.

I have an Osprey in a Spikes M4 and it's very smooth and a dream to shoot. You can mod a Moe hand guard for these and they run real clean.

I got the Ares solely because of the sale.  Works for me.  I had a TNW kit and did not like the way it mounted/clamped around the barrel so I sold it.  Not enough rounds through the Ares yet but retaining the front sight assemble was most important to me.  David
