You know what happened, I've done this a hundred times, this time the detent pin took off.  Anyone know where I can get one without incurring a $4 to $8 shipping charge for a $.75 part?

Put a plastic grocery bag handle opening over the Lower, and cover the Lower with the bag when you are performing the detent operation.  If she goes flying, she'll stay inside the bag.

OK, looks like one of the local smiths is giving me one out of his personal inventory in the morning.  Think I will be putting a few spares on the shelf for the future, my son now wants his own M4, so we'll be a building soon.
