How well do pivot pins that adapt a Colt lower .312 to a standard .250 ( Stag Arms Upper) work? Also the opposite of that using a large pin Colt upper with a standard pin lower.

Going from a large pin lower to small hole upper is np with the offset pivot pin. Just need to rotate into the right position before locking the screws down. I haven't been too happy with going from small-pin lower to large hole upper. When I use the bushing my upper to lower fit seems sloppy. I need to experiment more I guess, when I tried it my locktite didnt hold. |
+1 on Loctite not working. Good quality putty type sealant works just fine.
