I am in the process of building a couple of ar-15s and need to know what size pins to get(the pivot pin and the front pin which secures the 2 halves together). I've got modern stag arms stripped lowers and will be using model 1 kit uppers. These are all new manufacture. If there are any other special sizes you all think of I would greatly appreciate knowing them. Thanks

They both (upper and lower) use the standard size pivot and take down pins, .250 inch.  Only Colt so far as I recall uses the larger pivot pin holes.

If you buy a kit from Model 1 it will include the small parts like the pivot and take down pins.

Thanks everyone.  I wanted to make sure because I know I'll be pissed if when I go to build it I don't have the right parts.  That's always very annoying.
