Recently traded in my RRA Entry Tactical for a Colt 6721 LE Carbine. Cant wait to take it out and shoot it. The upper is a military pull of with a perm attached Vortex Flash Hider. It is a home build, not all factory. The barrell will most likeley get refished.

6721's already have a 16" barrel

It doesn't sound like a factory 6721 with what you have described. Check and make sure its all colt.....

The lower is 6721, but the upper is just a 14.5", it is colt. Like I said, Ill get some pics on. SHould have some by tomorrow.
