I agree, look like mine I got from Larue. Take a pic of the inside of the battery compartment to be sure.

The switch is mushy because of the construction: Te knob is not attached directly to the switch shaft, the knob rotates on the case with a buffer turning the actual switch inside. Impacts to the knob are not transmitted to the actual switch, making it tougher than the M3 switch. BSW

~~It just died and will not come back on..... damn. I switched to different batteries and it's still dead. Needless to say I'm very upset. $511.00 down the drain. I opened up a dispute with paypal.~~

call Aimpoint they might replace it for free. At least that way yoru guaranteed a good working M4 and you dont have to deal with Paypal
