Anyone have any experience with the Polymer80 80% Lower?  Looking to build an ultralite AR carbine and was looking at this product as a possibility. Any and all input is appreciated.

i have a poly lower on a 300blk build and it worked fine. i later switched it to a 7.5" pistol and it is still holding up fine. it is a JMT 80% poly lower i ordered with a jig for 95 bucks.
with that being said i do not abuse either rifle or pistol like it do my comp ar rifle. so if this ultralight is doing more than plinking, home defense, or just some random target shooting i would not use polymer.

Just use an aluminum lower you can get a psa for 50$ i believe.  They are listed as blemished but are just overstock i believe.

You don't really save that much weight.

I've owned a few poly lowers and they have all broken at the rear take down section at one point or another.
