Was working on a Polymer80 Blem lower Sunday and ran into a manufacturing flaw. Sent them an email and got a call from Lauren about an hour later, on Sunday. Explained the problem and sent some pics. New one came in mail today. Great to have them stand behind their product, even a blem. Thanks guys. |
