There's a guy called greg.gdw on gunboards that does some scope work.

We specializes in old German stuff, but he may know someone who can fix it for you.

You might also try Parsons Scope Service. Their website lists reticle repair as starting at $55. I've used them for cleaning & repair of vintage scopes and found them reliable.

For whoever wins this, you could also purchase one of those cheap Chinese knockoff scopes and use the wingnut and locking spring off of it. That seems to be the one part of the Chinese scopes that works well.
