Im not certain what the problem is,I took the scope off my flattop to zero my Iron sites
to 55 grainers.I bought a model 1 sales upper 1in 8 twist stainless bull barrel with MI flip up sites. As was attempting to zero these sites I noticed my point of impact was far to the right no matter how far I cranked. At first I thought my gas block was canted off to one side, after a closer look it appears to be dead on.Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be?

I have built several M1S kits.  All of them had the FSB canted to the left, which of course makes the rifle shoot to the right.

Could be, you got ahold of a paintball cloned rear sight, the paint ball rear sight fit 20MM rails.

In other words, you would really have to cranked your windage knob left or right.
