Anyone ever get a JP/VTAC forearm that was "loose"?  The fit between the tube and the collar is extremely loose allowing for A LOT of play.  It concerns me that it might move one me ie my front sight moving if I put too much pressure on the tube.

Did you use blue locktite on the little screws? I had one that did get loose because I hate to use loctite but it did fix it.

All of mine I have installed are very tight, I.E without the screws its takes some force to pull it off the nut.

I would get a replacement as a loose tube would put more strain on those little screws.

BTW locktiting those screws are a bitch to get out, they usually break even with heat. I had to drill one set out since they all broke and get a new nut.

I would recommend using a glue/nut fastener over the top, not on the threads.
