I have a converted Saiga AK-Variant in 308 Win and a couple of mags (8 round factory, and 2- 20 round metal aftermarket ones) that I don't really use to often and have considered selling.  I have a hunting buddy who has a 450 bushmaster upper that has about 40-60 rounds fired through it.  It's a 16" barrel length.  How do people like the 450 bushmaster round?  I'll use it for Georgia Deer/Hog Season which is what I was using the Saiga 308 for as well.  I find the Saiga heavy and the AR setup would save me serveral pounds of weight to drag through the woods.  Obviously the 308 Win is the harder hitting round value wise is this a trade I should consider?

Thanks

P.S. I have another AK in 7.62x39 and I have a .223 AR as well.  So swapping one wouldn't leave me without the other platform (AK or AR)
