I have from time to time seen post on this forum trying to determine if a lower was pre ban or not.
Why is it relevant/ make a difference now that the AWB has sun setted? I saw a pre ban Essential arms parts gun at a gun shop today. It had an A2 Carbine post ban upper I think was Bushmaster. The barrel was a 14.5 inch with some kind of fixed compensator. Also it had an A.R.M.S. #51 rail on it. The rifle was really priced right, but had absolutely nothing on it I was interested in. But I wondered if it might be worth buying and parting it out. |
