According to the SN chart this should be postban but did DPMS make postban cast lowers?

That's a cast lower. You can tell by the raised lettering. And since the serial number is above the 10,300 cut off, yes it looks like they did make postban cast lowers.

That's what I thought, but I didn't know anybody was still doing cast that late.
