I don't know if I would be comfortable knowing some computer had control of my trigger.....

This shit is how Skynet started!

For that kind of money, they could at least put the FSB on the right way.

I've been hearing and reading about these Tracking Point systems over the last several years.  This one seems to make greater leaps forward.  Whether or not it works perfect matters not to me.  I find this technology to be highly fascinating.  These are the things I see being prevalent in the future.

I'm all for cutting edge tech.  I love the concept.

I don't even see a rear sight...So what is the point of the FSB now ?
Oh well, concepts will be concepts.

Like many other models, it can have a rear sight attached to the upper receiver.

It simply doesn't have one attached in this photo.

You'd think they might put a MOE grip on a $7500 AR, at least

I wonder how hard it is to make changes to the rifle such as barrel or rail and as to how integrated the electronics are. Also dropping it in water is something I'd want to see.

The stock is proprietary, it also uses a slightly altered lower, but the rest is pretty much bolt-on.  The rail is whatever you want that doesn't obstruct the other necessary components.

The AR host is simply an example, it is capable of being added to pretty much whatever direct-fire weapon you'd like to add it to.
As for weather-proofing, it's already being worked on.  It won't be waterproofed in the current format, but it can handle the same stuff that a normal digital camera can do right now.

I think you mistake that front piece as an FSB or a gas block.  It's not.

That is a reference point for the optic.  The photo in the first post has no back-up or iron-sights installed.
