| Going to a couple of big gun shows in the next couple of weeks. Hope to find a Colt 3x20 scope for my 604 clone. What should I expect to pay? In box? No box? A few scratches? Pristine? Any thoughts? |

If you find a first generation probably around 350.00 or more.
It's a 4x power and the only one that says made in the USA on it. all the others are 3x power 2 and 3rd gen prob 250. To 350.00 4 th gen should be around 150.00 give or take. Somebody on here had a pic of all 4 scopes in order, it's a good reference To use at the shows, if the don't post it Send me a e mail and I'll send it to you. Dude at a show here has 4 generation 4 scopes all in great shape, but he Wants 350.00 each!!!! So beware |
| I doubt you will find a deal at a gun show but you never know. A few months ago I picked up an engraved and color filled 3X20 here on the EE for $200 shipped. It took a long time watching the EE and I was lucky enough to find it not too long after it was posted. So there are deals if you have the patience to wait. All the 3x20's and 4x20's I have seen at gun shows in the last year or two, including the SAR show in Phoenix, have been in the $300 to $350 range. |
