People,
I am not affiliated with PA in any way. I am an 18 year Infantry Veteran (Active Duty and Reserve) and a Police Officer. During this time I have used most every piece of personal equipment fielded by the Army or Law Enforcement. With my qualifications made here are my personal observations using PA products. 1.I have used 2 PA sights and they have always held zero. This includes a sight attached to the patrol rifle that rides in my patrol car with me daily. Over the last year I have beaten the crap out of this sight and deployed it dozens of times. It has never failed me. 2.This sight has seen “serious use”. This IS a real scope. IT HAS NEVER LOST ZERO. I have run approximately 1,500 rds through this rifle on the range. The case and mount have not broken, the laser is still bright, the optic is still solid, and the mount has not loosened. 3.A second sight resides on my home defense rifle. Guns and gear are my livelihood, this equipment has passed my crucible of tests, proven to be an effective accessory, and has found its way into my “toolbox”. 4.Since the war started I have broken 2 M68 Aimpoints and 1 ACOG on deployments. All things break. 5.Recently I purchased a PA M3 clone for my new urban rifle build, the quality of PA seems to be improving, just as you would expect from a growing company. 6.PooPooing PA sights because they are not the top brand is like trashing Glock for not being as expensive as Sig or trashing VW because they are not as expensive as BMW. Ridiculous. 7.Get over the China syndrome, EVERY SINGLE part of the computer you’re using to read this post is made in China. If anyone wants to send me free sights to try out, bring it on, I have a Socom 16 that looks all lonely and sad with just iron sights! LOL |
