Anyone own one of these?  I think this is a newer model because most of what I can find about them online the pictures look different and the reticle looks to be completely different.

As far as the reticle goes, what is illuminated?  The whole thing or just the dot like on the 1-4X?  Anyone got any better reticle pictures or pictures of the reticle illuminated?

Link is to show the picture of the reticle that PA has on their sight.

Those just got added to the site today, so I doubt anyone has one yet. You might want to check out the industry section, primary arms has their own forum there with a good up-to-date thread on these.

LOL. I didn't realise they just got added today.  Thanks for the heads up.  I'll check out the industry section.

Thanks

It's a cheap clone copy of the Burris AR-332 Prism Sight

Why not get the real deal?

The AR332 is itself a made in China deal, so a cheap clone copy may very well be the exact same thing, with a different paint job.

It's a good chance that you are correct on that.

I've been waiting for these to come back.  I like the reticle revision.  Luckily the rails are removable.   Now I have to decide between this and the Sig CP1.  David

I would be soooo pissed if that were true

I doubt it though. I'd put my money on it being just another clone.

You need to look at pictures of both and then go ahead and be "soooo pissed".

Specs seem to be a little different but but I think they are one and the same.

There are many optics that share a similar body. It is the glass quality and internals that determine the performance. We have spent many months working on bringing this to market and I am confident it will exceed the high expectations set by our previous model.

As far as the comparison with the Burris 332. The Burris is a great product from a top tier company with a lifetime warranty. We are proud to stock it (when we can keep them in stock LOL.)

Thanks

Marshall, is that reticle calibrated for anything in particular, or just a generic DBC?

Yes. Here are the details. It works out to a 55gr 5.56 zeroed at 50 giving you marks at 300,400, 500 and the center of the bottom circle at 600 yards
