So I'm thinking of ordering a FTS mount from PA for a magnifier for an eotech.  As I'm reading reviews, I see people claim that there is a lot of play on the mount itself and that it's hard to keep the red dot centered.  Then I read that it sits solid and doesn't move.

Soooo, who has one/has had one and which one is it?

Buy a LaRue if they make one.  You won't be disappointed.

So I'm guessing no one can help me with the answer to my question.

The current version has a updated design to keep it tight.

I have a Primary Arms FTS mount and 5x magnifier.  It's completely solid.  It's difficult to get the dot centered AT FIRST, but once you do it stays there.  The magnifier (at least the one I have) does not have internal adjustments to center the dot so you have to play around with how you mount the magnifier into the mount itself to get the dot close to center.  Also, once the mount is "flipped to the side" it stays put.....it doesn't flop around or anything.   I'm very pleased with the quality on mine.
