Hey guys-

I just received my order of six new 30 round CProducts mags (moly finish, CS springs, and Magpul grey follower). The first one I took out of the plastic, when I tried to load it up, would only get about 20 rounds in it before one of the rounds would jam down in the body. This would then seize the follower below it and the rest of the rounds above it would just fall right out the top. I had to take the floorplate off just to relieve the spring and "eject" the round (more like pry it loose, carefully).

Could this be an error in how i'm loading it, or a faulty mag somehow, etc? I loaded another mag right after that and it worked just fine.

Bad mag. Call Cproducts. They will replace it.

Sounds like another out of spec mag.

I received a order of mags a while back that did something similar.  I don't feel it is up to the end user to QA the mags, so I sent them all back and got a refund.

C-Products seems to be having QA problems and kicking out bad mags.  If you do buy them, be aware that you may be spending more money to send them back for replacement.

Had one do the same thing.  CProducts was kind enough to let me send it back on my own nickel, and then replace it three weeks later.

USGI for me from now on.
