I decided to go back to college at 29 about the same time I caught BRD. So money for my wife and I have been tight. No room in the budget for toys. I did some side work over the weekend and wanted to get some sort of scope for my new AR. I was looking at the knockoff Aimpoints on E-Ghey and wondered if you had any experience with these. I only have about a $100 and wanted to know, A) Do they mount right into the slot thats my removeable handle are in or do I need to buy mounts? B) Are they worth a shit given my monetary circumstances included? C) Is there a better option for about the same amount of money? Any links to a certain brand or cheaper place to buy that you know of would be helpfull. Thanks in advance! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ok, so I went to the store and bought a ReHead 30mm red dot sight, and it doesnt fi right on the flattop. Is there a rail I need, or will this not fit at all? The dovetail is not wide or deep enough. Heres some photos to explain.   |
