I bought a used eotech 512 A65 with a LaRue mount from the EE, opend the box and everything worked. Installed it and now it won't turn on. When I opened the case for where the batteries go I noticed that the connector from the battery to the bottom of the batter case was stuck to the battery. Is this normal or did they break off? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, get the new one piece battery case bumper. This should solve the iisue of them falling out. Also, stop using those junk alkaline batteries and get some Energizer Lithium AA batteries.  Seriously! 95% of EOTech failures are probably from using alkaline batteries. Lithium or NiMH is the only way to go. |
