OK, I have an old school Aimpoint Comp M and a Troy Aimpoint cantilever mount. I have tried to mount the Aimpoint in the Troy, but the battery cap is in the way of the top ring. I have removed the battery cap, installed the top ring, but cannot put the battery cap back on. The top ring seems kinda thick. Also rotated the Aimpoint in the mount with the top ring in place, replaced the battery cover and tried to rotate the Aimpoint back to the correct positon-no luck. Help, anyone have any advice or suggestions or am I: A. Screwed?  B. Impaired?
