Who else has had mags that won't work in one rifle but do in another?I had cheap 30rd mags that wouldn't let the rifle cycle till I took a file to the top.I also have cheapo 20s that worked just fine.I ran into this on one other rifle,my buddy had a RRA A2 config that wouldn't cycle with any of my mags but his worked fine.How common is this?

Hmmm, I've never had a problem between rifles. They either work or don't. Have you noticed it's between different types of rifles? Maybe there's a tiny difference between say a RRA, Armalite, or Bushy?

The rifle is a DPMS, when I put the same mags into my Lauer they work fine.How many have you had Not work?I'm thinking theres a slight variation between the magwells and the spot where they lock in.
