I think you're going to have to send it back to Surefire for warranty repair/replacement.

The only commonly available lenses for Surefire lights are the type used in the G/P/C/Z series.

You could possibly get a polycarbon blank cut and installed at the right spectacles shop.
UCL AR coat hardened lenses from   http://www.flashlightlens.com/

Yes but with surefire, if they want the light, I'm in French and shipping cost it's expensive.

Sorry, didn't catch that you were in France earlier.  I would call Surefire, explain the issue, and offer to send pictures with you or your name in the pictures, so that you don't have to send back a defective part.  Chances are they will send you a replacement head entirely.

Getting a replacement lens, whether glass or plastic, is only part of the battle. You also have to remove the broken lens and replace it with the new lens. That means somehow getting the bezel ring unscrewed, and that is made more difficult by the fact that it is held on with thread lock compound.

If you get a replacement head from SureFire, most likely it will be a Seoul P4 head. So if you have one of the older U2's with the Luxeon V LED, don't expect to get an exact replacement.

As said before make a phone call to SF.  Emails go unanswered (mostly) but you'll always talk to a customer service rep when you call. They will issue a RMA# & almost certainly you'll have to ship them the light. Beats any other option AFAIK.
