If you absolutely need to get any rGuns or poly lower hate out of your system responding to this, please do so, but also add some useful or helpful information, please.

Lower #1: ATI Omni poly from PSA with PSA MOE LPK installed.

Lower #2:  ATI Omni poly from PSA with rGuns LPK installed

Upper is PSA madness 16" M4 which I had been using with lower #1 for quite a while now, no problems.

My long awaited mid-length MOE upper should be here today, so I removed the PSA upper from lower #1 because that is the one I would like to use with the mid-length upper.  Tried to mount the PSA upper on lower #2, the front pin will go in, but the upper won't completely close enough at the rear for the rear pin to go in.  I can feel it rub or snag on something, but can't tell specifically what the problem is,  It only needs to close a very small bit more, maybe 1/32 inch or so.

Any ideas what to look for or what minimal, safe filing or sanding might be in order?  What in a different LPK could cause this problem, because that is the only difference AFAIK.

Thanks,

It has occurred to me that the stock and buffer tube on Lower #2 are the lowest priced, bargain ones from rGuns and I might need to file down around where the tube and lower meet.  I've had similar problems with these before where the charging handle would push against either the rear of the lower or the front part of the buffer tube and had to file those a bit to get everything fitting good.

The charging handle is a BCM Gunfighter if that makes any difference.

Yeah I know, poly lowers suck.

Update FYI (if anyone still cares):

Was a small problem with the poly lower.  Had to do some very light filing and sanding on the inside curved area where the lower and buffer tube connect.  Assembles fine now.
