Why can one place sale for 5.31 a box of 20 and then another 7.00 then someone else 9.00. Is it the price of tea in China? No one and I mean one one sales at a loss, but they do love their profits.

Depends on when they received the ammo and their supplier. I have not raised my Winchester Ranger prices since last summer. There have been two factory increases since then. There are two more scheduled increases this year. I can guarantee just because of supply and demand there will be non factory price increases.

I'm a poor businessman and will not raise my prices until I have to. Ammo is already way too expensive even at the old prices.

It certainly depends upon the volume that the supplier buys at.  A larger volume buyer will get a much better deal than a wholesaler who buy only a few truckloads at a time.
