Im looking at getting a stripped RRA 9mm upper, 16" barrel 9mm, C Products block with 10 rounders (Colt mags made by CProducts), and using a Spikes lower, 9mm hammer.
Will a setup like this work well?

All of it looks fine up until the 9mm hammer. That all depends on what kind of bolt you are using. If it is a standard 9mm bolt, then the 9mm hammer will work just fine. If you are using a ramped 9mm bolt, you'll probably want to use a standard hammer.
