| I notice at most sites the disclaimer (nfa rules apply) on uppers with barrels less than 16". Does this imply that they will not sell you the upper unless you can prove you have a registered pistol upper or an sbr stamp? Pardon my ignorance but this short barreled stuff is a new game for me. |
Some are just warning you about the NFA issues - some like Bushmaster though will NOT sell to you unless you provide a copy of your BATF approval form..... mike eta - don't take a pass on the "tacked" Faq information....., it's good to research your options thoughly before tossing your money down.... |
