What is the current offering for decent QD scope mounts? I would really like to get something in the Larue and like brand price range but i just cant swing it. So with that said are there any mounts out there that do the job and dont cost too much. Ive considered the Burris one piece mount but its not QD. I realize you get what you pay for but have other expenses i will use more as well. |

By "scope", I assume you mean a traditional magnified scope. If that's the case, I think you are going to have a tough time finding what you are looking for. Most of the QD mounts are either the same price as the Larue or even more expensive (which is why most buy the Larue - its the best!).
Beyond Airsoft knockoff crap (please dont buy that), I dont know of any inexpensive weapons grade QD scope mount. Good luck and let us know if you find anything. |

I was afraid of that and yes i did mean a traditional magnified scope. What height QRW's did you end up with and how do they return to zero? I have a set of the PRW's on my bolt gun and think they are a nice ring but not QD. I dont mind using a 2 piece mount but also dont have a ring lap in 1" that i would need for this scope. Mine is 30mm.  |
