Specifically, will Magpul XTM Enhanced rail covers fit my new YHM railed handguard?

They are for the most part all designed to work with mil-spec rails which are standardized.
As to whether they will fit perfectly on your set up and not obstruct or interfere with some part or feature cannot be assured.
