Are these to store an extra battery, or to piggyback two batteries at once?  Any pics of how it looks installed?  Worth the money?

Thanks.

I was just about to ask the same question.
On SWFA's site (www.swfa.com), it looks like the batteries are back to back, so only one is active at any given time.  It looks like you swap the interior module around to change the battery.  If they were in sequence, they would produce too much voltage (6v instead of 3v).

I checked out SWFA's sight and didn't see any pics of Aimpoints with the Module installed.

Any users/dealers out there that could answer the question and/or post a pic.

Thanks.

Sorry about that.  Go to www.aimpoint.com and click on the Comp2M or Comp2ML.  Once there, click on the "accessories" hyperlink and you should see it.

They store an extra.

The ML2 and M2 line has such a long life, they dont need piggybacking.

It is a mandatory upgrade, IMHO, so you always have that spare in the field, when you need it.

Thanks FAL.   I just saw the pic and put two-and-two together.  It seems as logical a purchase as a BUIS is for a flattop.

Here's a pic for those interested...
