I got the Stealth arms jig from Sportsmans guide. It's the deal where you drill a bunch of small holes, then bigger holes. I'm having a hell of a time! After you drill the firt big hole, then try to drill the next, it wants to walk all over because half the "hole" is gone. For one thing the first 2 I tried drilling were the 7/16 rear holes and the bit that came with it was bent, spinning all over the place. Tried to drill the second hole and the bit bends and wants to go into the other hole I just drilled. I'm pretty sure I can do it, but is there an easier way?

Try the next size smaller drill bit or a brand new drill bit. The one you are using may be dull.

Don't cut costs by purchasing cheap tooling. Purchase a quality bit.

First off, clamp down your jig to the drill press table. Next, don't try to drill the bigger holes so close to the others. You got to leave some material to keep the bit drilling most of the way around.

Just following instructions. I personally feel that a smaller bit is in order. I will go buy better bits locally.
