Radway Green is good quality stuff with boxer cases. They're a little softer loaded than other Nato ammo, because of relaibility problems with the SA80. But good stuff in my opinion.

To my understanding the "softer loaded radways" are the older stuff. The 90's production and up should reliably cycle any M4.

I have run over 2700 rounds of the 90 & 92 production Radway Green through my Bushmaster M4 16" without one single problem. I've shot so many at times my barrel would take a week to cool down. I've never had any problems or complaints about this ammo.

One thing to consider is that although it's accurate for military ball, that is what it is, Military Ball. It will not perform as well as some of the highly accurate loads offered today.

I did'nt know that. I fired a bunch out of an Steyr AUG one day, and because the bolt didn't go back to the end, it just chambered the cartridge and ejected the case, but didn't hold the hammer back all the time. The rifle fired burst mostly (I thought the lot was from the late '80's. 1987 what i can remember. But out of my AR15 I never had any problems, and it's some of the most accurate NATO cartridges around. Same for Hirtenberger and the Swiss GP90 and the Canadian IVI stuff our Army uses. The cases are heavy and good for reloading. They are also in weight very the same (something that can't say of the LC cases I used to use in the past.) BTW, the Radway Green 7,62 is also very accurate.

I got some of this ammo still on the stripper clips in bandoliers, not sure about the headstamp date. It worked fint in my 20 inch SAM-R clone but i had alots problems in my Colt 16 in. M4. I had one case get stuck in the chamber after firing and couldnt count the number of failure to feeds and short stroking.I loaded a few mags with American Eagle  62 gr 223 and had no problems. Seems like im one of the only people to have problems with this ammo.
