Do free float handguards mount to the existing Delkta ring, or do all FF handguards require a special Delta ring? Are the FF handguards always sold with the appropriate mounting hardware if its required?

Interested in the JT FF handguard for 40 bucks, but want to make sure I dont end up with a tube and scratching my head wondering how it mounts.

Generally, the FF tube has its own barrel nut and the delta isn't needed. To install a FF on a standard barrel, the FSB needs to be removed, along with whatever muzzle device you have. They aren't hard to install, but they do require some work.
