I have a 24" JT Distribution upper in 1:8 twist rate, today at the range I range some fiocchi exacta rifle match 77 grain through it and it was shooting really really tight groups at 100.

I have similar success with both 50 and 55 grain bullets shooting clovers with either. Which grain bullet would yall suggest that I stick with to be the most cost effective till I get my reloading press for christmas.

Shoot the cheap stuff for now and save your brass to reload when you get your press.

If you're shooting clovers with the cheap stuff, then just keep doing that.  Once you get the reloader running, then you can shoot the 77gr stuff into one hole all day long.

What would be the best grain to shoot from that ratio?

What ever works.

I tend to go with Black Hills or ASYM match factory ammo when wringing out a barrel.
