I am probably going to purchase a CompML2 to mount on a Bushy M4A3 setup. So I am going to purchase the CompML2 here probably(If I find a lower price then somewhere else) Here
I am kind of confused as to what mount I would need for this. I would email the website but I know that a lot of you guys know a lot about these kind of things. So can you tell me what mount I would need if you have a minute to do so. Here are the mounts from the same website that is up there in my post mounts

Thanks a lot if you can help me out real quick.

You have many options for mounts. Generally the most popular are LaRue Tactical, ARMS and PRI.

I bought my ML2 and Larue mount from Grant and was very pleased with his price and service.

Grant is that C4iGrant guy who answered your question first. He's cool.

+1 for the LaRue mount

I picked up my Comp M2 and LaRue mount from Grant at G&R Tactical.

Definitly worth the money. I am sure I could slam that thing against a wall and not have it move.

G&R's service was excellent, and I will be buying from them again.

Grant will set you up. He's a first-class guy.

Picked up an M2 w/ LaRue mount from him (among a few other things) and couldn't be happier.

Couple of questions?  Will you be mounting on the flat top and/or using the removable carry handle (with rear sight) to mount with.   Also, do you wish to "Co-witness" with your sights?   Do you have back up sights (BUIS) in case of failure?   I looked at your web page listed in your original thread and not sure which mount you are going to use.   They all seem "low" and probably not good for "Cowitnessing" your sights.   They may not be as solid as the others mentioned by the other threads.

Botach tactical in L.A. is selling your Aimpoint Comp ML for $338.00 and their web site is   http://store.botachtactical.com/aimpointcompml.html
They are also fast to process orders and ship mostly same day if the item is in stock.

The previous threads are right to use a solid mount.  Don't go cheap on the mounts, they also protect the sight to a small degree and keep you on target when you really need it.

Good luck.

Don't buy from BOTACH as they don't support this web site and they have a VERY bad reputation (do some research and you will find out).

C4 makes a good point.  My first problem with them was in 2002.  Several friends have had issues, too.

I have had extensive dealings from Botach Tactical,  no problems so far.   I am close to them so shipping is usually next day.   Don't just take my word for it, far from it, ask around the different forums and see what they say.   If I were spending that kind of money, I would want to know for sure.   As for them not supporting this site, that's too bad for them, this is a good site with good people.  My policy is get good equipment as you can afford and get it from reliable people/businesses.

Want negative feed back from another forum (can find it on here as well): www.glocktalk.com/showthread.php?s=525e621fa24a2a8c21b4cf4c10eb2926&threadid=40226

Since they are in CA and you are in CA I have ZERO idea why you would buy from them as you have to pay CA sales tax! So half ass service, non-english speaking order takers who don't know JACK CHIT about ANY of the products they stock and paying sales tax = a good idea to you???

Support the dealers on this site that help keep it going and who ACTUALLY know something about the products they sell!  Remember just because something is cheaper doesn't mean it is a better deal!

Just for the record, C4iGrant, I do support wholly the other dealers, suppliers, and manufactuers on this site.  I shop both for my department and for me personally.   I am the department rangemaster and armorer for Glock, Remington, and recently, Colt.  (Thanks Ken !!!)

I use, OregonAero(Helmet upgrades), Natchezz shooting, REI(CamelBak), Michaels of Oregon(Shotgun slings&acces.), SAW Sales (AR15/M16 parts)(New), The Wilderness (Rifle slings), Surefire, Streamlight, Winchester, PMC, Safariland,  just to name a few.

At Botach Tactical they don't speak the "best" english, because they are from Isreal.   That's right, Isreal.   I sometimes don't understand people from "Jersey" any better than someone from Oklahoma.   (I hope no one reading this scorns me too bad because I am in California LOL) Nothing personal, but they treat me and my department well, and prices are good for what I shop for.   Since I sometimes spend your "tax" dollars, I try to make it count.   "I do shop".  If they did screw me, our the department I would not shop there again.   That is the American, capaitalistic, way.

Dept. sales! Well that explains why you have gotten such good service! The owner of BOCRAP has been quoted as saying that he doesn't care about the individual orders, but goes out of his way for LE orders! Also what is interesting is that a lot of companies have pulled their dealer accounts (SureFire, CQB Solutions to name a few). What does that tell ya? So I would advise against recommending them to the average consumer who is NOT part of a Dept sale as they will most likely either lose your order, charge your card for 6 months and not send you item or ship you the wrong item (all 3 have happened to me)!
