How long have the Rev M Mags been out? Specifically in Foliage Green?

Foliage: non-window mags, Spring of 2009. MagLevels, third Quarter of '09.

When the Rev M came out wasn't the packaging also changed?

There may have been some overlap with the older zip-top bags versus the current sealed clear & white bags, but I do not have any details...
