I ordered a set of KAC ras M4 handguards and they will not fit into the delta ring of my Bushmaster XM15 E2S M4 Type 16in Carbine. Will these not work in my post ban rifle or am I doing something wrong?

They will fit - are you sure you are installing them correctly?

I think I got it. The clamp was not down. Scared me there for a moment.
However, I noticed the lower part of the handguard is not as tight as the regular m4 handguards when my surefire m900a is attached. Any ideas why?

KB I just got in a M4 RAS off the EE, and it didn't come with instructions. The front is easy enough, but how do you get the rear "lever" under the barrel nut? (I believe that's how its supposed to work?) thanks for any help.

Loosen off the hex nut - and the locking lever will drop down - so it will be able to fit under the barel nut. Then when the RAs is in place screw the hex nut into the RAS and it will lock in place.
