Hello everyone. Just wanted to give some respect to Krista and RB Precision. I have ordered from them a few times and Krista has always been very helpful and positive to deal with. Well, last week things went wrong on an order (totally not RB Precision's fault!) and Krista could not have handled it better. The shipping company lost a Daniel Defense FF 4 rail I ordered and it never came in. After a few days I contacted Krista. She had previously told me they were out of stock when I ordered it and she was having it drop shipped from their supplier for no additional cost. Well, the shipping company lost it and I contacted Krista to see what was up. She told me she would find out what was going on. Twenty minutes later she called me back saying she was having it tracked down. Ten minutes later the shipping company called me to verify that I had not received it. Ten minutes after that Krista called again said that she had talked with the same woman from the shipping company as me and that my order disappeared in Savanna, Ga. Krista said she was very sorry for this, was having another one next day aired to me, and the shipping company was issuing a 20.00 credit for losing the item which she was then, in turn, issuing to me. To this I of course replied thats great, not your fault, and these things happen. Anyway, just wanted to give Krista and RB Precision the credit they deserve. They have very good prices, a good attitude towards customers, and outstanding customer service. Very nice qualities to see these days. Now, if I could just get my insurance company to operate that way!
