Microsoft's SmartScreen keeps blocking the PS174 file from download and then sent to quarantine when you override the download block and forces you to delete it. You may want to examine the file.
On edit, it look lie MS's smartscreen is trying to block about half of that file set. Odd |

Not sure what's up with MS and their SmartScreen software. I reported all of the files as false positives so hopefully the resolve the matter. |

Seriously, when you read that PM manual you start to realize just how much of a problem the M-16 jamming issues were in Vietnam. The manual basically admonished troops to keep their rifles squeaky-clean and not let them get too dirty or full of water (which was kinda hard to do when you had to go fording through streams and rice paddies all the time). Kinda makes you wonder if Charlie had a similar manual for the AK-47.  Maybe not!
