Hello all.  Sorry for the long post, but I want to make sure that others have feedback when they decide to spend a couple hundred of their hard earned money.  That being said, I haven't had a chance to actually try their barrel to see if their sub moa claim is true.  I'm posting because of my frustration with the company.

I like the idea of giving smaller companies a chance, provided they meet certain criteria that I value.  I did some research looking for reviews on RevArms, but there wasn't a whole lot out there.  What I did find spoke well of their equipment so I decided to give them a shot.  That was on 8/17.  I made sure the barrel I ordered was not "out of stock" as many other barrels were listed.

That was 11 weeks ago.  My patience/excitement have been replaced by frustration and outright anger.  I'm not upset about the long wait, despite the fact it was supposed to be in stock.  I'm not upset that their website said it was in stock when it wasn't.  What I AM angry about is that after contacting them well over a dozen times, no one has bothered to contact me back.  Zero calls, zero emails.

Last week, I finally got fed up, so I called to cancel my order.  I was put on hold, then told that REVARMS doesn’t provide refunds. I’m a business owner too, and I’m dumbfounded that any company wouldn’t provide a customer refund, especially since they haven’t even shipped the product yet.  I asked for a manager to call me back so I could discuss this.  Again, nada

.

sorry all...site limited me to 2000 characters.  Anyway, the rest of the story goes like this:

Today I called to find out why no one bothered to contact me back.  Again I was told--No Refunds.  I promptly told the nice retail guy to tell the manager, Robb, that they had a choice…they could refund my money and then sell the barrel to someone else---no harm done.  Or they could continue with stealing my money (which is the case since I haven’t received my product, nor do I have any idea when, if ever, they will ship it) and I would report them to the BBB and post my story on the different AR forums.  The response---No refunds, You’ll have to wait.

I understand they are extremely busy due to the upcoming election.  Valid, I'm sure, but not a viable excuse for their awful service and policies.  If anything, cancelling my order would free up another barrel for a waiting customer.

So, I’m making good on my promise.  After all, if my story hits their bottom line, perhaps they will review their processes and policies and other people like me will end up with a far better experience.

FWIW:  I checked and I couldn't find a single note anywhere on their website that said they didn't offer refunds.

Good rant. Can we assume you paid with a credit card? Reverse the charges indicating that you have not received the product.

Great suggestion.  Never even thought of that.  Technically it was a debit card, but I'll check with my bank to see if the same holds true!

so, just to update, I called my bank and they told me that with debit cards, you can't do a charge reversal, but you can dispute the charges.  I have to go into my bank and fill out a form and they will inform the company that they will not pay since the services/product wasn't rendered.  In other words, my bank will fight to get my money back.  Works for me!  Thanks again for the suggestion!

I almost pulled the trigger last night on one of their barrels glad I didn't.
