Anyone have experience with a dealer named RGuns? I did a search here but came up empty. In Yahoo'ing I've found there are two RGuns, one in Carpentersville IL and one in Texas, I'm looking at something from the one in IL. |

RGuns in IL is GTG. I've done a few thousand dollars with them over the last year or two, and I've always been happy with how I've been treated (even when the shipper screwed things up-----twice). The ones in Texas (if they are even still around) should be avoided at all costs. Saleen |

I've ordered quite a bit of gear for my 1919a4 from RGuns and like their "flat" shipping price. I once ordered 3000 links, an MG-42 tripod and a T&E and the shipping was still only $10 (they've gone up to $15 now). I've never had any "screw-ups", but the down-side is that you have to phone in your order, so be sure to ask if the item is in stock when you order so you'll know what to expect. I've been waiting now for over 3-weeks to get my stuff sent out (because is hasn't come in yet), and the only way to get the tracking number is to call them. I don't like to pester vendors, but they've never seemed to mind checking for me - and I call only once a week. I have to do that because UPS will just leave my package on my driveway and leave - so I want to plan to be home the day it will arrive. |
