Anyone here have one?  Dual illuminated?  Pics?  Thoughts?  Thanks guys!

I've been thinking of getting one.  I guess it's just an enhanced version of their earlier reflex sight.  They are pricey though.  What dot size are you thinking of getting?

I'm thinking a 7MOA dot, amber.  I can get a deal on that or a Reflex so that's why I'm looking at them.  I feel like I'm looking through a tunnel with most AIMPoint style red-dots and since I don't get a deal on an EOTech, why not look at the RMR?

Really?!  I'm surprised nobody has posted that has one or used one, even though it was posted close to 10:00.

I have a dual-illumination RMR on the wife's PS90.
Good: Brighter under all lighting condtions than the Trijicon RX30 I've been using (!), much more difficult to cause reticle washout. Very small & light. Typical Trijicon ruggedness & engineering. Great as a backup CQB optic mounted on a magnified optic.
Bad: Small window = small FOV through the optic = slower/harder to acquire the reticle when shooting from awkward positions w/sloppy cheekweld. **EDITED**W/E have no clicks. 9moa dot works well for the wife's needs on the PS90 but it's too large for my tastes as a primary optic on a 5.56 platform (the RX30's 6.5moa dot is as big as I'll go, YMMV).

Why are the dual ill cheaper than the other model?...and why is the non-dual 4.MOA so much money.

I would not recommend the reflex.  Checked it out yesterday at my local freedom enterprise and it washes out if you look towards the light panels in the ceiling (didn't want to walk outside with the guys $500 sight).  I'm looking to get the RMR instead.

Anybody else with an RMR?  Just saw other posts about the Reflex being good.

The W/E adjustments do have audible clicks.  That is one of the features that set the RMR apart from other MRD's.  Yours might not be as pronounced as they are supposed to be.  If you do not hear anything or feel anything send it in and I'll take a look at it.

I run RMR's on both of "fighting" carbines.  I prefer the RM01 which is the 4MOA electronic version.  It's a great primary optic.  I also have one mounted on the Ultimak rail on my Henderson Defense AK.

Bullitt- what it the difference between the diffent models that explains the price between the dual ill. setup and the electronic version.

One uses fiber and tritium and the other uses electronics and batteries  It's really that simple...

You're absolutely right, I stand corrected! I just now tested the RMR on the wife's PS90 in a silent room and the clicks are there *and* audible. I couldn't hear or feel the clicks at the range when sighting it in. Is the dual-illumination RMR available w/a 7moa dot? Thx!...

Sorry I can't really go into specifics but they are two completely different optics and therefore the price is not the same...

Aside from the history of washout issues with Trijicon reflex sights and lack of QD mounts, for the money you can get a T1 with Larue mount.    Why would you get one?

I like the RMR for it's small and rugged design.
I bought this 4MOA one use with TNVC's RMR specific SAR mount (when available), to be mounted to my NSX 3.5-15X50 scope.
Got an Aimpoint T-1 on the SPR Mod0, and decided to try the Trijicon on my Douglas 18".

Here it's on the carryhandle of my A2 SBR 11.5".

It's a pretty neat little sight.
