| Has anyone else ordered from RRA? Just ordered a stock wrench for $6.00 and they charged me $11.00 for shipping. I will not be ordering from them again. Also ordered on 3/8/14 and was not shipped till 3/19/14. And it was in stock. |

I just ordered a bunch of stuff from them and it shipped 8 days later...no biggy, and it all looks great, individually bagged and tagged I guess you could of gone to wally world and bought it.... |

RRA is not a home garage business with no overhead.
$8+ is not unusual for a minimum shipping charge. If you wanted cheaper you should not have placed the order before shopping around. There are plenty of places that ship faster; again you should have shopped around. |

RRA is very up-front about their shipping prices, so if you ordered it online, you should have seen that cost. Why did you buy it if you thought shipping was too expensive?
I've ordered lots of things from Rock River. Some of them took a LONG time because of last year's panic. But I've never had a random, in-stock part take "too long." Your shipping time was not an issue in my opinion. Maybe shipping cost more than it should have for a single item, but that's not their problem. It takes manpower to pull the part, wrap it up, create a shipping label, box it all up, and hand it to the UPS guy, and $11 is probably their bare minimum cost to get that done. By the way, what was special about the RRA stock wrench that kept you from getting it from somewhere else that had less expensive shipping? I'm not trying to verbally beat you up, but your complaint makes it sound like you just bought the thing you wanted from the first place you found it. That's no way to buy stuff. |

As much as I love RRA and their products, you'll only make the buying small parts from them mistake once. As I recall, they added a more reasonably priced U.S. Mail option to their shipping options, but the time constraints isn't a good thing.
Always look at like Joe Bob Outfitters first for stuff like you ordered. Joe Bob's ships lightning fast and has good rates BTW. |

I just placed an order over the last weekend myself. I was really looking to see if anyone else carried the part I wanted but I couldn't find it anywhere. The shipping is supposedly free but I upgraded to USPS thinking it arrives faster than UPS. I'll probably be charged but no biggie. Assuming it ships quickly, it's the last piece I need for a build. |

I put in an order to RRA about a week before they were closing over Christmas. They didn't ship my order out until like a week AFTER they got back from Christmas...
I don't know. They seem to sell the same parts at the same prices as everyone else. Like BCM sells the same parts at the same price with no brand name given. Just order from someone else. |
