My RRA two stage went out about a month ago.  I called RRA and they had me send it in and I paid for the shipping.  They did work on it and sent it back.  Got it back and the problem was worse, it was now one of those triggers that turned into a creepy single stage.  I called RRA today and they sent me to a couple different people until I talked to the tech who fixed my trigger the first time.  He apologized for the problems that I was having.  I explained to him that I did not want them to try and fix this trigger again for the fact that it did not work the first time, and that I wanted a new one.  He then said that I could send my lower in and they would install a new trigger in my rifle and tune it to what ever weight I wanted it to be, and that they would pay for the shipping to there company.  The man was nothing but friendly and helpful.  I do have to say one of the best companies so far I have worked with when it has came to customer service.

Chalk another one up for Rock River Arms.

They were very helpful on my lower receiver parts kit order also, I highly recommend them.

thats good to hear, i am torn between getting a RRA or a Bushmaster for my first AR
