I have a RRA-AR15 I have put about 200rnds thru.  Today was the 3rd time I shot it and something is wrong with my trigger or safety.  After about 60 rounds today, its like the safety is on, but its in the "fire" position.  Cant get it to fire or flip to safe.  Any ideas?

Please help!

Look for a blown primer in the action.  Could be other things, but I always try the easiest first.

Jeremy,
As already stated, check for a blown primer in the action.  It won't necessarily be in the safety, but could be anywhere in the trigger group, wedged in/under a part that hasd to move in order to function.  That's the most common cause of that type of failure/lock-up.
