Great guys in there. It's pretty much an AR (America's Rifle) 15 specialty shop.

Mine is I DPMS LOWER with a RRA CAR A4 upper and NM Trigger.

It started life as a DPMS Sportical I purchased at texas tactical for 750 (I think). I then removed the sportical upper and sold it on gunbroker for $550 (Panic price)  then turned around and picked up the RRA upper with the same $550. Added the NM Trigger and now I have a really good shooting cheap, but high quality AR.  I do all of my business with Texas tactical. I saw Sharpshooters selling DPMS sporticals used for 1200 and new for 1400. Totally out of line. They sell RRA CAR A4's for 1800. That's out of line too.

anyway, go see the guys at 34th. They'll treat you right. But they are only open from thursday to saturday. So go see them tomorrow! they got all kinds of Ar's now.  Also go look at the military surplus firearms store a little farther down 34th toward Q. They have a yellow and black sign just like texas tactical's and are located on the south side of the road.  Sorry I cant remember their address and I can't google bc i cant remember their name.  They have a bunch of AR's now and have great prices too. Sometimes even cheaper that Texas Tactical"s

Sharpshooters is just a good fondling spot. you can go in and look at a lot of cool guns to figure out which one you want. but as far as ar's go Ive pretty much seen the same ones in there for the last six months. I guess they just think there's a sucker born every minute and eventually one will stumble in an buy one.

Sharpshooters determines their prices by what stuff is going for on gunbroker right now. And just about everyone knows that gunbroker is panic priced right now, especially when it comes to AR's. If it werent illegal I could turn a nice little profit by buying ar's at retail and then selling them on gunbroker for twice what they are worth.

send the trigger off to John Holliger at White Oak Armament and for $30 he'll tune it and make it even better.

Im just glad I could help. The best thing is that now, with all that money you are saving by not getting shafted, you can pick up a rifle and also get an awesome optic. :)  I have tried Eotechs and really like them for the practical range the 5.56 is useful for.  I want to put one on my rifle but I am waiting on some of the new models to be available.  I had one previously on the rifle but got a good deal on a trade for another gun. (I figured I could always get another optic, but you never know if you will always be able to get another gun)  Anyway with the 1moa dot on my previous Eotech I was getting two inch groups on a pie plate staked out at 200 with Black Hills 60gr SP's.  I'd really like to get a Trijicon but I'm not sure if I'll ever come up with the boot for it.

This. I had a White Oak tuned one and a normal RRA one at the same time. Back to back, there was no comparison between the two. The WOA tuned one was smoother, with a much cleaner break.

Shoot it's so sweet the way it is. It feels just like the tuned trigger on my M700 7mm mag. If it got any better I'd be afraid of looking at it wrong for risk of making it go off. :)
