So I want to get rid of my front sight post and do front buis on a railed gas block, I would prefer a set up that uses factory pins and not set screws. Pics would be cool of setups or just what your using, thanks in advance.

chris,

generally there are no blocks that use "factory pins" -- each and every OEM barrel and OEM front sight post are drilled together as an assembly, and therefore when you replace the post with a railed gas block, it is usually all but impossible to get everything to line up again.  basically you'd need to blind drill the railed gas block to match EXACTLY the pre-existing cuts in the barrel, or you will have a cant to the block and a plethora of aiming/alignment issues.  hence the set screws come into play when retrofitting gas blocks.  as an alternative, you can get a virgin barrel, get any railed gas block, and have a decent barrel guy put them into a fixture under the drill press (don't forget to choose between taper and straight pins).

below are some pics of a "KISS" bushmaster patrolman's carbine barrel, blunt muzzle, M4 profile, 1:9 twist, 16" OA, with a bushmaster flip up front sight mounted in a bushmaster 3 rail gas block.  it uses set screws, of course.  i believe both the sight and the 3 rail gas block are actually made by YHM.
