Within 10 minutes of placing my order, I received a reply to my online order and immediate help in identifying the other item I had emailed about. If I never buy anything from anyone but them...Im ok with that.
Everytime Iv ever walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I know Iv said this before, but I had the GF's 12 year old daughter with me, and the 1st time I took her, she said "Wow, this isnt a gun store....its clean and smells good" There 1.5 hours away, and worth the drive! |
| It's nice to have companies like Rainier Arms (and Larue, Bravo Company, etc.) where you don't have to worry about service and/or how long it will take to get your items. They are always the first (and usually last) places I look when I need something. Thank you to all the great companies that understand what customer service is! |
| I am another loyal customer, wish that we had a kickass store like Rainier down here in south Texas. BTW the 18" Ultra Match 7.62 barrel is SICK accurate. Now that I think about it I am glad Rainier is way up in WA.....I like to eat and have electricity, running water, etc. Keep up the great work. |
| I just placed a nearly $200 order. And the only reason I didn't buy from Rainier is because they didn't have everything I wanted but the other place did. That said Rainier is always the first place I go when I start shopping. Nothing but great service in the several years I've been buying AR parts. |

I have never bought anything from them. But i have called a few times to ask stuff that's on their site and they have always been pretty cool about everything. Make sure you ask about their mil discount if you are still in. Usually good for 5-10% off on just about anything. |
